Abstract

: Procédé de fabrication d'un support comportant, d'une part, une cage ajourée qui contient un bâton de produit de désinfection et désodorisation de cuvettes de toilettes et, d'autre part, un crochet rapporté solidarisé avec la cage ajourée autour de la zone centrale de celle-ci. La cage ajourée est ouverte à l'une de ses extrémités et comportant un fond à son autre extrémité, l'extrémité ouverte de la cage étant obturée par un bouchon de fermeture, après l'introduction à l'intérieur de ladite cage du bâton dudit bâton. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on réalise d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière plastique le crochet rapporté avec le bouchon de fermeture de la cage ajourée, ledit crochet étant relié à un anneau de raccordement, qui est destiné à être enfilé autour de la cage ajourée puis fixé autour de la partie centrale de cette dernière; le bouchon de fermeture étant disposé à l'intérieur de l'anneau de raccordement et relié audit anneau par des attaches cassables venues de moulage; que l'on introduit à l'intérieur de la cage le bâton de produit désinfectant et désodorisant; et que l'on enfonce sur l'extrémité ouverte de la cage, l'anneau de raccordement et le bouchon de fermeture attendant, de façon, d'une part, à rompre les attaches venues de moulage puis encliqueter le bouchon de fermeture sur l'extrémité ouverte de la cage et, d'autre part, à enfiler, après rupture des attaches, l'anneau de raccordement autour de la cage jusque dans la partie centrale de celle-ci.: Method of manufacturing a support comprising, on the one hand, an openwork cage which contains a stick of product for disinfecting and deodorizing toilet bowls and, on the other hand, an attached hook secured to the openwork cage around the central area of it. 1~L;32489 La présente invention est relative à un procéde de fabrication d'un support de produit désodorisant et désinfectant pour cuvette de toilettes et support correspondant.
On sait que pour désinfecter et désodoriser les cu-vettes de toilettes, on a déjà proposé d'accrocher sur le rebord de celles-ci un support obtenu par l'assemblage d'une cage ajourée contenant un bâton de produit actif et d'un cro-chet rapporté le plus souvent mis en place en usine autour de la cage.
]0 La cage ajourée, généralement de forme cylindrique, peut-être obturée à l'une de ses extrémités par un fond et ouverte à son autre extrémité, après introduction du bâton prémoulé par son extrémité ouverte, la cage peut être obturée par un bouchon rapporté. Le support connu visé ci-dessus né-cessité donc le moulage de trois pièces séparées à savoir, le crochet rapporté, la cage ajourée et le bouchon de fermeture;
puis l'assemblage en deux opérations distinctes d'une part, du bouchon de fermeture sur la cage ajourée après y avoir placé

Pour simplifier la fabrication du support et la ren-dre moins onéreuse on a également proposé de mouler d'une seule pièce le bouchon de fermeture et le crochet rapporté, ce qui permet de réduire d'une unité le nombre d'éléments séparés constitutifs du support de même que le nombre des opérations d'assemblage, car une seule opération suffit dans ce cas pour assembler la cage à l'assemble bouchon-crochet de suspension.
Toutefois, étant donné que le bouchon de fermeture est fixé à
l'une des extrémités de la cage tandis que le crochet de suspension doit se trouver dans la partie centrale de ~adite cage, il est indispensable de prévoir une barrette de raccorde-ment dont la longueur est sensiblement égale à la moitié de la --1-- .

La présente invention vise à proposer un procédé de fabrication d'un support du type ci-dessus mentionné mais ne présentant pas de barrette de raccordement entre le bouchon de fermeture et le crochet de suspension, bien que cesdeux élé-ments soient réalisés d'une seule piece par mouIage de matière plastique. Selon llinvention le crochet de suspension est soli-daire d'un anneau de raccordement qui est destiné à être enfi-lé autour de la cage et fixé dans la partie centrale de celle-ci. La présente invention a également pour objet le pro-duit industriel nouveau que constitue un support comportant, J
d'une part, une cage ajourée qui contient un bâton de produit désinfectant et désodorisant et, d'autre part, un crochet rap-porté, fixé autour de la zone centrale de ladite cage, le sup-port précité étant obtenu par le procédé ci-dessus défini.
Pour mieux faire comprendre l'objet de la présente invention on va en décrire ci-après, à titre d'exemple purement 10 illustratif et non limitatif, un mode de réalisation représenté
sur le dessin annexé.
Sur ce dessin :
- la figure 1 représente une vue en plan d'un ensem-ble venu de moulage qui consiste en un crochet de suspension et en un bouchon de fermeture d'un support destiné à contenir un bâton de produit désinfectant et désodorisant;
- la figure 2 représente en perspective le détail de la liaison du bouchon de fermeture avec l'anneau de raccorde-ment du crochet de suspension;
- la figure 3 représente en perspective une cage ajou-rée destinée à être associée à l'ensemble crochet-bouchon de fermeture de la figure l;
; - la figure 4 représente en perspective le support selon l'invention, après encliquetage du bouchon de fermeture et montage du crochet de suspension sur la cage, le support étant monté, prêt à être accroché sur le rebord d'une cuvette de toilettes, et;
la figure 5 représente une vue en élévation selon ; V-V de la figure 4.
En se référant au dessin, et tout d'abord à la figure 4, on voit que l'on a représenté un support qui reçoit un bâton de produit actif (non représenté) permettant la désin-: .

par moulage de deux pièces séparées; d'une part, une cage ajourée 1 et, d'autre part, un crochet de suspension 2 venu de moulage avec le bouchon de fermeture 3 de la cage ajourée 1.
La cage ajourée 1 est de forme générale cylindrique;
elle comporte à l'une de ses deux extrémités un fond dont la configuration est identique à celle du bouchon de fermeture 3. La cage ajourée 1 est ouverte à son autre extrémité; l'ex-trémité ouverte est bordée par un collet périphérique 4 surla paroi intérieure duquel est~ménagée une gorge annulaire 5.
La paroi latérale de la cage est formée d'une pluralité de barreaux 6 identiques qui sont régulièrement espacés et qui sont, chacun, constitués d'une lamelle disposée dans un plan radial; les barreaux 6 se raccordent sur le collet d'extré-mité 4 de la cage et sont reliés entre eux dans leur partie centrale par un anneau 7 (figure 3).
La cage ajourée 1, tout comme l'ensemble bouchon de fermeture 3-crochet de suspension 2, est réalisé par moulage d'une matière plastique usuelle, telle que du polyéthylène ou du polypropylène par exemple.
- Le bouchon de fermeture 3 est destiné à s'encliqueter à l'intérieur du collet d'extrémité 4 de la cage ajourée.
Il se présente sous la forme dlune étoile à 7 branches dispo-sée à l'intérieur d'un anneau 8. Un jonc périphérique d encli-`~ quetage 9 est prévu en relief sur la paroi extérieure de l'an-neau 8 précité; la fixation du bouchon de fermeture 3 sur la cage ajourée 1 s'effectue, lorsque le bouchon de fermeture 3 est détaché du crochet de suspension 2, par encliquetage du jonc périphéqieur 9 du bouchon à l'intérieur de la gorge an-nulaire 5 pratiquée sur le collet d'extrémité 4 de la cage.
Au démoulage, ainsi qu'il est visible sur les figures 1 et 2 du dessin, le bouchon de fermeture 3 est disposé à
l'intérieur d'un anneau de raccordement 10 permettant la mise en place du crochet de suspension 2 sur la cage ajourée. L'an-neau de raccordement 10 qui doit être enfilé autour de la cage ajourée 1, a un diamètre intérieur qui est sensiblement égal, au jeu près, au diamètre extérieur de la cage ajourée 1 mesuré
au sommet des barreaux 6; quatre dents 11 disposées à 90 les unes des autres font saillie radialement à l'intérieur de l'anneau de raccordement 10; le diamètre intérieur de l'anneau de raccordement 10, mesuré au sommet des quatre dents radiales 11, est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du collet d'extrémité.
Au démoulage (figure 1 et 2) le bouchon de fermeture 3 est maintenu à l'intérieur de l'anneau de raccordement 10 au ; moyen d'attaches ou picots cassables 12 prévus sur l'extrémité
de chacune des dents 11 de l'anneau de raccordement 10. Le bouchon de fermeture 3 et l'anneau de raccordement 10 attenant sont sensiblement coaxiaux. Le bouchon de fermeture 3 est tout entier disposé à l'intérieur de l'anneau de raccordement 10 de sorte que ce dernier fait saillie axialement sur ses deux côtés par rapport au bouchon de fermeture 3. Grâce à cette disposition, l'anneau de raccordement assure le centrage du bouchon de fer-meture dans l'ouverture du collet de la cage, au moment de son encliquetage à l'intérieur de celui-ci. En effet, si l'on présente l'anneau de raccordement 10 et le bouchon 3 attenant au droit de l'ouverture de la cage, l'anneau de raccordement 10 peut être emboité autour de la cage avant que les attaches ~ 12 ne soient rompues. Dans cette position,les axes du bouchon - de fermeture 3 et de la cage ajourée 1 sont sensiblement confon-dus et il sufit par conséquent d'appliquer un effort de poussée axiale sur le bouchon de fermeture pour, d'une part, rompre les attaches 12 et, d'autre part, encliqueter le bouchon _~_ . .

Le crochet de suspension 2 a la forme d'un u pLésen-tant deux branches sensiblement parallèles 2a, 2b, se raccor-dant à une âme 2c; La branche 2a du crochet est reliée à
l'anneau de raccordement 10 par une charnière 13 venue du mou-lage. L'anneau de raccordement 10 ou le crochet de suspension 2 sont aptes à pivoter autour de la charnière 13 selon un axe sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de l'anneau de raccordement 10.
La charnière 13 est ménagée entre, d'une part, une patte 14 prévue en relief à l'exterieur de l'anneau 10 et, d'autre part, l'extrémité de la branche 2a du ~rochet, qui est légèrement coudée vers l'intérieur du U du crochet.
Ainsi qu'il est visible sur la figure 1 du dessin, l'anneau du raccordement 10 est, au démoulage, sensiblement disposé à l'intérieur du U de crochet et il est maintenu dans cette position par une attache cassable 15 reliant ledit anneau à la branche d'extrémité 2b du crochet.
Le montage du support qui vient d'être décrit peut être effectué en une seule opération; après avoir introduit 2~ un baton de produit désin~ectant et désodorisant à l'intérieur de la cage ajourée 1 on présente l'anneau de raccordement 10 du crochet et le bouchon de fermeture 3 attenant au droit de l'ouverture de la cage ajourée 1, puis on emboite l'anneau de raccordement 10 autour de la cage jusqu'à ce que les attaches cassables 12 viennent en appui contre le collet d'extrémité 4 de la cage; si l'on poursuit la manoeuvre d'enfoncement de l'anneau de raccordement 10, il se produit une rupture des attaches 12 de sorte qu'en exer~ant alors une poussée contre le bouchon de fermeture 3 on peut encliqueter ce dernier à

l'intérieur du collet d'extrémité 4 de la cage. Lorsque l'an-neau de raccordement 10 du crochet parvient dans la zone cen-trale de la cage, un cliquet16 prévu sur une dent intérieure _g_ ll de l'anneau de raccordement 10 vient s'accrocher sous la paroi de l'anneau central 7 de la cage ce qui assure, par conséquent, la fixation de l'anneau de raccordement 10 dans la partie centrale de la cage. Cette opération de montage s'effectue sans que l'attache cassable 15 ne soit rompue de sorte que, sur le support assemblé, le crochet de suspension 2 conserve sa position "repliée".

Il est bien entendu que le mode de réalisation ci-dessus décrit n'est aucunement limitatif et pourra donner lieu à toutes modifications désirables sans sortir pour cela du cadre de l'invention.

The present invention also relates to the pro-new industrial product constituted by a support comprising, J
on the one hand, an openwork cage which contains a stick of product disinfectant and deodorant and, on the other hand, a quick hook carried, fixed around the central area of said cage, the support said port being obtained by the process defined above.
To better understand the purpose of this invention will be described below, by way of example purely 10 illustrative and not limiting, an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawing.

Referring to the drawing, and first of all to the figure 4, it can be seen that a support has been shown which receives a stick of active product (not shown) allowing disinfection :.

1 ~ 3Z489 fection and deodorization of toilet bowls; the aforementioned support has the essential characteristic of being produced by molding two separate pieces; on the one hand, a cage openwork 1 and, on the other hand, a hanging hook 2 came molding with the closure cap 3 of the perforated cage 1.
The openwork cage 1 is of generally cylindrical shape;
it has at one of its two ends a bottom, the configuration is identical to that of the closure cap 3. The openwork cage 1 is open at its other end; the ex-open end is bordered by a peripheral collar 4 on the inner wall of which is formed an annular groove 5.
The side wall of the cage is formed of a plurality of 6 identical bars which are regularly spaced and which are each made up of a lamella arranged in a plane radial; the bars 6 are connected to the end collar moth 4 of the cage and are interconnected in their part central by a ring 7 (Figure 3).
The openwork cage 1, like the cap assembly 3-hook closure 2, is made by molding a common plastic material, such as polyethylene or polypropylene for example.
- The closure cap 3 is intended to snap inside the end collar 4 of the openwork cage.
It is in the form of a star with 7 branches available placed inside a ring 8. A peripheral ring enclosing `~ quetage 9 is provided in relief on the outer wall of the an-neau 8 above; fixing the closure cap 3 on the openwork cage 1 takes place when the closure cap 3 is detached from the hanging hook 2, by snapping on the ring around the cap 9 inside the groove an-ring 5 made on the end collar 4 of the cage.
On demolding, as can be seen in the figures 1 and 2 of the drawing, the closure cap 3 is arranged at the inside of a connection ring 10 allowing the setting in place of the hanging hook 2 on the perforated cage. The year-connection pin 10 which must be threaded around the cage perforated 1, has an inside diameter which is substantially equal, apart from the outside diameter of the openwork cage 1 measured at the top of the bars 6; four teeth 11 arranged at 90 each other protrude radially inside of the connecting ring 10; the inner diameter of the ring connection 10, measured at the top of the four radial teeth 11, is slightly greater than the outside diameter of the collar end.
When removing from the mold (Figure 1 and 2) the closure cap 3 is held inside the connection ring 10 at ; breakable fasteners or pins 12 provided on the end of each of the teeth 11 of the connection ring 10. The closure cap 3 and the connecting ring 10 attached are substantially coaxial. The closure cap 3 is all whole arranged inside the connecting ring 10 of so that the latter protrudes axially on both sides relative to the closure cap 3. Thanks to this arrangement, the connecting ring ensures the centering of the iron plug-measure in the opening of the collar of the cage, at the time of its snap inside of it. Indeed, if we has the connecting ring 10 and the attached plug 3 in line with the opening of the cage, the connection ring 10 can be fitted around the cage before the fasteners ~ 12 are not broken. In this position, the axes of the plug - of closure 3 and of the perforated cage 1 are substantially the same due and therefore it suffices to apply an effort of axial thrust on the closure cap for, on the one hand, break the fasteners 12 and, on the other hand, snap the plug _ ~ _ . .

The hanging hook 2 has the shape of a u-shaped as two substantially parallel branches 2a, 2b, are connected to a soul 2c; The branch 2a of the hook is connected to the connection ring 10 by a hinge 13 coming from the mold age. Connection ring 10 or hanging hook 2 are able to pivot around the hinge 13 along an axis substantially parallel to the axis of the connecting ring 10.
The hinge 13 is formed between, on the one hand, a tab 14 provided in relief on the outside of the ring 10 and, on the other hand, the end of the branch 2a of the ratchet, which is slightly angled towards the inside of the U of the hook.
As can be seen in Figure 1 of the drawing, the ring of the connection 10 is, on demolding, substantially arranged inside the hook U and it is held in this position by a breakable fastener 15 connecting said ring to the end branch 2b of the hook.
The mounting of the support which has just been described can be carried out in a single operation; after introducing 2 ~ a stick of disinfectant ~ ectant and deodorant inside of the openwork cage 1 we present the connection ring 10 of the hook and the closing plug 3 adjoining the right of the opening of the openwork cage 1, then we snap the ring connection 10 around the cage until the fasteners breakable 12 bear against the end collar 4 from the cage; if we continue the push-in maneuver the connecting ring 10, a rupture of the fasteners 12 so that by exerting then pushing against closure cap 3 can be snapped on to inside the end collar 4 of the cage. When the year-connection point 10 of the hook reaches the central area cage trale, a ratchet16 provided on an inner tooth _g_ ll of the connection ring 10 is hooked under the wall of the central ring 7 of the cage which ensures, by Therefore, fixing the connection ring 10 in the central part of the cage. This mounting operation takes place without the breakable fastener 15 being broken so that, on the assembled support, the hanging hook 2 retains its "folded" position.
Classically, the support is mounted in factory is placed under sealed packaging to be l ~ is in trade. Claims

The embodiments of the invention, about which an exclusive right of property or privilege is claimed, are defined as follows:

1. Method for manufacturing a support comprising, on the one hand, an openwork cage which contains a stick of product active for disinfecting and deodorizing the bowl of toilet and, on the other hand, a hook attached solida-laughed with the openwork cage around the central area of it ci to ensure the suspension on the edge of a bowl, the openwork cage being open at one of its ends and having a bottom at its other end, the open end of the cage being closed by a closure cap, after the introduction inside said cage of the product stick active, characterized by the fact that one piece is produced by plastic molding the hook attached with the closure cap of the openwork cage, said hook comprising a connection ring to which it is connected; ring which is intended to be threaded around the openwork cage then fixed around of the central part of the latter, the closure cap ture being disposed inside the connecting ring and connected to said ring by breakable attachments from molds ge; that we introduce inside the cage the stick of disinfectant and deodorant; and that we press on the open end of the cage, the connecting ring and the closure plug adjoining, on the one hand, to break the fasteners coming from molding then snap the closure cap on the open end of the cage and, on the other hand, to put on, after breaking the fasteners, the ring connection around the cage up to the central part trale of it.

2. Method according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the connecting ring and the closure cap are substantially coaxial, the connecting ring making protruding axially on at least one of its sides, relative to closure cap, so that when mounting, when the closure cap comes to bear substantially on the end open from the cage, the connection ring is already fitted on said cage while the breakable fasteners are not still broken.

3. Method according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that the cage has at its open end a end collar, the closure cap and said collar end with male and female fasteners used to snap-fit the closure plug inside said collar.

4. Method according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the openwork cage is of substantially cylindrical shape that, its side wall consisting of a plurality of bars regularly spaced and arranged parallel to the axis of the cage, each bar consisting of a strip arranged in a radial plane and connecting to the end collar of the cage.

5. Method according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that the hook connection ring has internal laughing substantially radial teeth which are intended to be inserted between the bars of the openwork cage.

6. Method according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that the breakable fasteners that connect, before the assembly blocking of the support, the closure cap to the connection ring the hook are provided between the peripheral wall of the closure cap and the end of the inner teeth of the connecting ring.

7. Method according to claim 6, characterized by the fact that the openwork cage is provided with a central ring, on which the internal teeth come into substantial abutment of the connecting ring, when the latter is mounted around of said cage.

8. Method according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that one foresees, on the interior teeth of the year-hook connection, at least one locust coming hang on the central ring of the cage.

9. Method according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the hook has the shape of a U of which one of branches, which is linked to the connecting ring, is hinged with respect to said ring by means of a hinge coming from molding, said channel allowing the rotation of the hook suspension from the connection ring around a axis parallel to the axis of said ring.

10. Method according to claim 9, characterized by the fact that when it is removed from the mold, the connecting ring is sensitive nicely arranged inside the u-shaped hook, the retaining the connection ring inside the U of hook being produced by means of at least one breakable fastener molding coming, connecting the connecting ring to each other hook branch, U-shaped.

11. Method according to claim 10, characterized by the fact that the rupture of the fastener came from the molding, which keeps the connection ring inside of the hook U, is made after assembling the hook and of the openwork cage, when hanging this set on the edge of a toilet bowl.

12. Support comprising, on the one hand, an openwork cage which contains a stick of disinfectant and deodorant product, on the other hand, an attached hook fixed around the central area trale of said cage, characterized in that it is obtained by the manufacturing process according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3.
