Abstract

The distributor has a closure flap articulated on a casing (1) which is mounted on a collar(s). The base (4) of the casing has an opening to allow a fluid contained in a holder to discharge. A cap (2) is moulded with casing connected to it by a thinned zone forming a hinge (12). The cap has a tear-off zone (10) connected to it by breakable bridges (13). The closure flap (9) is placed between the branches of a stirrup shaped frame.

Claims

Distributor cap with closing flap articulated on a cape, provided with a tamper-evident system making it possible to ascertain whether the cap has already been opened, of the type comprising a cape (1) mounted on the neck (5) of a container and the bottom (4) of cape is equipped with an opening (6) allowing a product contained in the container to come out of it, as well as a cap (2) coming from molding with the cape (1), connected to that by a thinned zone (12) of material forming a hinge and comprising irreversible fixing means (15, 16) on the cap during the first closure, characterized in that the cap (2) comprises

- a tear-off zone (10) in the shape of a stirrup connected to the remainder of the cap by breakable bridges (13) and extending from one end of the hinge (12) to the other end of the latter,

- a closing flap (9) placed between the branches (14) of the stirrup of the tearable zone (10) and comprising closing means (19) for the opening (6) equipping the bottom (4) of the cape, and

- At least one zone (11), outside the legs (14) of the stirrup, provided with irreversible fixing means (15, 16) on the cape and intended to remain permanently on the latter.

Cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the irreversible fixing means (15, 16) on the cap comprise at least one anchoring stud (15) which projects from the face of the cap facing towards the bottom of the cap in the closed position of the cap and which is intended to penetrate and to be retained inside an opening (16) formed in the bottom (4) of the cap.
