In a wall made of concrete blocks we know it is normal practice to lay standard concrete blocks with mortar. In the present invention it is a small "very light metal structure which replaces all mortar laying.
So, by the same token, the time required for installation is much reduced blow and it is no longer necessary to hire manpower specialized: just stack the blocks on top of each other by placing url "closed ~ between each stack of blocks. This" closes will serve ~ retain the blocks which are stacked at the height dlun normal wall; it will also serve to retain the cement when the casting, and then we can screw in either the gyproc inside, either styrofoam and the lamellae used to hold the bricks outside.

The present invention relates to a small "farm used for building concrete block walls without use mortar.

It is common practice to build a wall in concrete blocks using the services of bricklayers ~ who must prepare mortar (mixture of sand, cement and water) which they place on top and at the ends of each block in order to cement to each other, making a wall that stands by its structure. This is a very coating method, since the pose exlge specialized labor, in addition to the high cost of materials used to prepare mortar. All this requires ~ Norm ~ ment of time and manpower.
In traditional methods, gyproc, Styrofoam or other flnition product must be glued or placed on wooden 2x2s that are nailed every 16 inches within cement blocks. Whether you choose one or the other, 11 is always a very difficult job, not always efficient L ~.

~ 0570'75 but still very expensive in terms of labor and materials, I have discovered that these disadvantages can be deleted with the use of the product of my invention, the "Ciro Farm ", which eliminates all specialized labor, such as briquering and maneuver for laying and preparing the mortar. 1 ~ hand of required work is therefore reduced by 75%, and the mortar is no longer necessary.

The cement that will be poured between each stack of blocks will darken a pillar of cement every 16 inches (the length of a standard block), which gives a much stronger wall than with traditional methods.
This will certainly be appreciated by the builders of buildings who require a lot of resistance per square inch. The Giro Ferme will serve to retain the cement between each stack of blocks at the time of casting.
The biggest advantage presented by the Giro Ferme is that we can directly screw the gyproc inside and styrofoam on the outside (as well as the lamellae used to retain bricks), which eliminates the traditional materials required for retain the finish, such as 2 x 2 in wood, etc. -Relative to the drawings which illustrate the realization tion of the invention:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a wall made with the product of my invention;
Figure 2 shows a plan section of a wall made with the product of my invention;
Figure 3 shows an elevation which is partly in the section of an achievement;
FIG. 4 represents a plan view of the upper part ; of said realization;
Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a room according to the invention. The illustrated "farm" includes (1) two sides in t81e galvani ~ e of 20 gauge ~ folds to form the angle 7 - 11 - 8 and 9. These two c8t ~ s are retained by a galvanized steel rod bent in the shape of V (10) and weld ~ e to ~ extremltés 12 on the excess 9. These are these pins that the two sides are straight 1 and which gives them the strength to hold back le8 blocks 2 ~ usqu '~ that the void 13 is filled with concrete. The stems 10 will be welded so that parts II are of good width
