The said industrial design is characterized by a portable electric driver having a battery portion, a driver portion and a grip portion extending between the top of the battery portion and the driver portion; the battery portion has parallel front and rear walls, a generally flat left side wall extending between the front and rear walls, and a right side wall which curves outwardly between the front and rear walls; smooth rounded corners extend between the left side wall and the front and rear walls; the battery portion has a bottom surface which extends generally at right angles to the walls of the battery portion, the bottom surface having a central rectangular area therein, the rectangular area having front and rear sides extending parallel to the front and rear walls, and rounded left side corners and angled right side corners; three closely adjacent projections extend parallel to the bottom surface around the perimeter of the battery portion commencing at opposite sides of an opening in the left side wall; an upper surface of the battery portion extends from the left side wall and from the front and rear walls to the grip portion; the grip portion has a curved left side surface, a curved right side surface, and front and rear surfaces, the left side surface having a trigger extending outwardly therefrom at the upper end thereof; the right side surface extends upwards and gradually forwards from the top surface of the battery portion and then extends rearwards to the driver portion; the front and rear surfaces have elongated panel sections with rounded corners extending most of the length of and across most of the width of the grip portion; a continuous projection extends around the perimeter of each panel section, each panel section having columns of identical short hexagonal projections extending outwardly therefrom, the columns being generally parallel to the edge of the panel adjacent the left side surface of the grip; the driver portion has a central section having three aligned generally cylindrical projections of decreasing diameter extending outwardly from the left end thereof and a right end section having a smooth convex surface extending outwardly away from the right end thereof; the central section has two spaced apart elongated rectangular areas extending centrally along part of the length of the front surface thereof and one rectangular area extending part way along the length of the rear surface thereof; a further rectangular section having rounded corners extends part way along the top surface of the central section from near the right end thereof to the left end of a slightly elevated area; the elevated area extends from the end of the rectangular section to the left end of the central section, the elevated area being symmetrical and having side surfaces which slope outwardly to the upper surface of the central section of the driver portion, the side surfaces of the left end of the elevated area tapering toward a point adjacent the left end of the central section.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a portable electric driver showing the new design;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
