Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the engine operated generator as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the engine operated generator are the front, rear and side walls thereof; the front wall presents spaced-apart slightly forwardly curved side members each with a flat outside surface and curved end areas; a cylindrical first handle-like member extends between the inner surfaces of the upper ends of the side members and a second handle-like member extends between the inner surfaces of the lower ends of the side members; the upper portion of the front wall presents a generally rectangular recessed area with a generally flat inner surface and angled upper and lower side surfaces; the front wall also presents a series of spaced-apart generally identical laterally extending ridges situated below the generally rectangular recessed area; the rear wall is curved slightly outwards in side view and presents a central handle-like member with a flat lateral extending portion; the upper left area of the rear wall presents a grill-like area having equally spaced-apart lateral ribs which are interrupted by a central annular element having a circular opening therein; each side wall has a central elongated narrow oblong area and a lower rear wheel-like element situated within an arched wheel area which follows the contour of the wheel-like element; the left side wall has a generally right-angled recessed area adjacent the front wall with a T-shaped pull cord grip extending forwards from the rear surface of the recessed area.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a left front perspective view of the design of an engine operated generator;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Diagrams of the design are included.
