Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a generally symmetrical grill for an automobile; the grill has a forwardly projecting central area, a pair of outwardly extending upper members and a pair of outwardly extending lower members; the forwardly projecting central area has flared side surfaces which curve outwardly and rearwards away from the front portion and merge into the upper members; the upper members have beveled end surfaces and curved front surfaces which merge smoothly into curved top surfaces thereof; the lower members are spaced apart from the upper members and extend outwardly from slightly to the rear of the lower end of the central area to end sections which bend upwards and slightly outwards and then merge into the outer ends of the upper members; the lower members are thinner than the upper members and have generally flat inner surfaces which are sloped upwards away from the leading edges thereof; the upper and lower members and the central area define elongated openings in the grill.
