Abstract

ADJUSTMENT OF JEWELRY FOR NAILS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD. TECHNICAL FIELD

The following invention relates to a nail adhesive jewelry, and more specifically to a nail jewelry adhesive having an illuminating three-dimensional ornamental part which produces light reflection in a uniform position of uniform magnitude.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In general, when the user intends to improve the shape of his nails, he requests the application of manicure products on his nails or attaches a three-dimensional ornament 20 as a cubic on his nails. Therefore, nail art workers manually attach three-dimensional nail ornaments to enhance their appearance. When it is desired to enhance a nail with shiny effect, three-dimensional ornaments made of jewelry can be attached to nails. However, once, when unskilled people fail to attach such a three-dimensional ornament to their nails, the cost required to perform the desired nail art work becomes too expensive for three-dimensional jewelry ornaments.

Therefore, in order to overcome these problems, there is a need for the development of a nail jewelry adhesive and its manufacturing method, so that unskilled people can improve the appearance of their nails evenly in a simple manner when they wish to improve. your nails with a brilliant three-dimensional effect.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In consideration of the above analysis, the invention seeks to provide a nail jewel sticker capable of creating the same effect by attaching a three-dimensional ornament as a jewel in a predetermined position under uniform adhesive force and reducing production time.

Another embodiment of the present invention is directed to providing a method for manufacturing nail jewelry adhesive.

In a general aspect, a nail jewel sticker is provided, including a substrate layer, of which the pattern is printed, and a three-dimensional ornamental portion arranged on the upper surface of the substrate layer and the pattern formed of an illuminating material, such as a jewel.

The substrate layer can be obtained by at least

least one selected from: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polyurethane (PU) and sheets of paper.

The coating layer may include at least one selected from UV resins, polyurethane resins, acrylic resins, cellulose resins, polyester resins, vinyl resins, polyamide resins, epoxy resins, alkyd resins and latex casein.

The three-dimensional layer may include any selected from: epoxy resins, silicone resins, mixtures of epoxy silicone resins, acrylic resins, polyurethane resins and acrylic urethane resin mixtures.

The three-dimensional layer may further include at least one selected from: dyes and illuminating brightnesses capable of transmitting light to the reflective layer.

The three dimensional layer may have a convex curvature so that light can be collected in the reflective layer. \ 5

The three-dimensional layer can have a contact angle of 20 ° to 70 ".

In another general aspect, a method for producing nail jewelry adhesive is provided, including:

formation of a model, including the shape of a

The thin metal film and metallic powder are provided as a thin film of a material, such as metal, reflected by light or as dust, and thus used to form a desired pattern in the substrate layer 110. In this manner, the three-dimensional layer 120c mirrors the shape of the reflective layer 120a, and thus allows the reflective layer 251a to be drawn according to the desired shape of the three-dimensional ornamental part 120. To form the three-dimensional layer 120c, epoxy resins, silicone resins, acrylic resins, urethane resins, mixtures of epoxy silicone resins or mixtures of urethane acrylic resins may be used.
