The utility model relates to the production of special signal elements attached to clothing, which is used to equip construction workers, public utilities, rescue, medical, police, firefighters, airport employees and ordinary pedestrians with a view to their safety in the dark. The objective of the utility model is the ability to repeatedly attach a reflective element to any clothing, regardless of the fabric from which the clothing is made, without damaging it. The problem is solved by a fabric reflective sticker on clothing, which is a reflective fabric made of polyester or cotton, characterized in that an adhesive non-drying layer is applied to the fabric on one side.

The utility model relates to the production of special signal elements attached to clothing, which is used to equip construction workers, public utilities, rescue, medical, police, firefighters, airport employees and ordinary pedestrians with a view to their safety in the dark.

GOST R 57422-2017 regulates the properties of reflective elements that are used to ensure the safety of a pedestrian, cyclist, etc. on the road in the dark.

Reflective clothing stickers are known.

The closest technical solution is clothing, presented in the state standard (GOST R 12.4.219-99), which contains two high-visibility signals - fluorescent, made from the base material using fluorescent dye (or pigment), which provides increased daytime visibility time, and a retroreflective signal made of a retroreflective material, which provides increased visibility at dusk or in the dark under the action of a light source, or an element made from a combination of ovannogo material possessing simultaneously the two characteristics - the fluorescent and retroreflective. In this case, the retroreflective material is used in the form of a retroreflective strip (tape) or design elements that are placed on the clothes. However, at the same time, such a strip is a permanent part of clothing used for professional needs and cannot be removed.

Standard methods for attaching a variety of reflective elements with the possibility of dismantling them to clothes are known: hot-melt transfer, sewing, pinning (badges with a needle), however, modern fabrics that are used in children's and adult outerwear do not allow piercing and heating at high temperatures (for example, membrane tissues and other analogues).

The objective of the utility model is the ability to repeatedly attach a reflective fabric element to any clothing, regardless of the fabric from which the clothing is made, without damaging it.

The problem is solved by a fabric reflective sticker on clothing, which is a reflective fabric made of polyester or cotton, characterized in that an adhesive non-drying layer is applied to the fabric on one side.

The sticker is attached to the clothes with the side where the adhesive layer is applied.

Each fabric sticker corresponds to GOST: an area of at least 25 sq cm, a retroreflectivity of at least 380 CPL.

Since the sticker is fabric, it has the same stiffness coefficient as the fabric of clothing. If the clothing fabric wrinkles, then the sticker simultaneously wrinkles with the fabric, the absence of internal stresses allows you to use this reflective element for a very long time. The same applies to machine wash. The sticker calmly transfers multiple washings, since the stiffness coincides with the stiffness of the fabric.

In severe frosts, the proposed sticker does not “stiffen” like a PVC sticker, and does not burst due to subzero temperature, which means that a person will not suddenly be without reflective protection.

 The technical result is the provision of multiple use of fabric reflective stickers on clothing in extreme cold, high humidity, in harsh climatic conditions, due to the fabric base. Non-drying adhesive allows you to remove and re-stick the fabric sticker several times. At the same time, no glue marks remain on the clothes.

Also, there is no need for complex and traumatic application equipment, such as iron, thermal press, etc., which ensures the safety of applying the sticker.

The proposed utility model is simple to manufacture and allows for convenient, easy and, most importantly, multiple application to clothes, without damaging the sticker itself.
