Abstract
PRODUTO DOCE DE CHOCOLATE, SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO, E APARELHO ADAPTADO PARA PRODUZIR O REFERIDO PRODUTO DOCE DE CHOCOLATE. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto doce de chocolate compreendendo uma parte de corpo extrudada, a parte de corpo tendo ao menos um capilar ou cavidade disposta nele, a parte de corpo extrudada compreendendo um primeiro componente de chocolate e o capilar ou cavidade contendo um segundo componente de chocolate, em que o primeiro componente é mais estável em temperaturas elevadas do que o segundo componente. A invenção também se refere a um processo para a fabricação do mesmo.
