Abstract

MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO DE FÓRMULA (IV). A presente invenção trata de um método catalítico para a produção em escala industrial de um composto do tipo diol, tal como o 2-metilpentano-2-4 diol, também chamado 2,4-hexileno glicol ou HGL, a partir de um composto í3-hidroxicarbonilado, em particular diacetona-álcool ou DAA.
