Abstract
"métodos para limpeza da placa de dis- tribuição em um sistema de reator com leito fluidizado". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a limpeza de uma placa de distribuição em um sistema de reator de polimerização com leito fluidizado de acordo com uma modalidade inclui, em um primeiro modo, operar com um valor aproximado, normal, de linha base de velocidade superficial de gás em um sistema de reator de polimerização com leito fluidizado que possui um recipiente com reator, uma linha de reciclagem e uma placa de distribuição no recipiente com reator próximo a uma entrada do recipiente com reator. em um segundo modo, a velocidade superficial do gás é aumentada acima do valor de linha base do primeiro modo até um nível suficiente para elevar a temperatura do gás de reciclagem na entrada acima de uma temperatura média do gás de reciclagem na entrada no primeiro modo e até um nível suficiente para desalojar o agente de formação de sujeira dos orifícios na placa de distribuição.
