Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema catalizador de oligomerización, donde el sistema catalizador comprende un complejo metal-ligando y un cocatalizador, en una zona de reacción de oligomerización bajo condiciones de reacción de oligomerización, las condiciones de reacción comprenden una primera reacción temperatura de al menos 70ºC, para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas y oligómeros de mayor peso molecular y opcionalmente polietileno en donde después de un primer período de tiempo, la presencia de oligómeros de mayor peso molecular y opcionalmente polietileno reduce la velocidad de flujo a través de la zona de reacción, ensucia la superficie del reactor y/o reduce la transferencia de calor y después de ese primer período de tiempo, aumenta la temperatura de la zona de reacción a una segunda temperatura de reacción que es al menos 5ºC mayor que la primera temperatura de reacción durante un segundo período de tiempo. Reivindicación 12: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende: a. poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización, donde el sistema de catalizador que comprende un complejo metal-ligando y un cocatalizador, en una zona de reacción de oligomerización bajo condiciones de reacción de oligomerización, donde las condiciones de reacción comprenden una primera temperatura de reacción de al menos 70ºC para un primer período de tiempo; b. aumentar la temperatura de la zona de reacción a una segunda temperatura de reacción que sea al menos 5ºC mayor que la primera temperatura de reacción durante un segundo período de tiempo; c. reducir la temperatura de la zona de reacción a una tercera temperatura de reacción que sea al menos 5ºC menor que la segunda temperatura de reacción; y d. aumentar la temperatura de la zona de reacción a una cuarta temperatura de reacción que sea al menos 5ºC mayor que la tercera temperatura de reacción.
