Abstract

PROCESSO PARA OPERAR UMA FÁBRICA PARA PRODUZIR ARGILA CALCINADA. A presente invenção refere-se à produção de argila calcinada sendo realizada pelo uso de uma fábrica conhecida por si para a produção de cimento através de processo seco ou semiúmido, com um pré-calcinador (1), que compreende, por exemplo, pelo menos uma linha de preaquecimento de séries conectadas de estágios de preaquecimento (2), tais como preaquecedores de ciclone, ou preaquecedores de grade, e uma estufa ou torrador giratório (3). De acordo com a invenção, a estufa ou torrador giratório (3) para gerar gás de aquecimento é utilizada como câmara de combustão (3'), substituída por uma câmara de combustão (3') e/ou completada por uma câmara de combustão adicional (3').
