Abstract

SISTEMA PARA MENSURAR PESO DE CARGAS. A presente patente visa proteger uma nova disposição construtiva e inovadora em sistema para mensurar peso de cargas, utilizado em máquinas que possuem como função o deslocamento de cargas e que usam para tanto força hidráulica, permitindo que as cargas erguidas possam ter seu peso mensurado durante o deslocamento, facilitando o controle de peso do produto que está sendo erguido ou movimentado, sendo constituída por apresentar um sistema inovador, que funciona a partir do momento em que o operador (01), através de uma máquina, trator, escavadeira ou outro equipamento, faz a coleta da carga (02), que pode ser areia, barro, cascalho, ou outros, podendo ser recolhida na pá do trator, em container ou similar, onde, uma vez que o material é erguido ou movimentado gerar-se-á uma pressão no sistema hidráulico (03), no mesmo instante haverá o recebimento do sinal (04) pelo sistema de mensurar peso, pois o mesmo é montado na linha hidráulica da própria máquina, fazendo a interpretação (05) desta variação de pressão, e o armazenamento (06) destas informações para a transmissão do sinal (07) ao painel de controle (08), onde os dados com o peso exato da carga (02) é transmitido para ser conferido pelo operador (01); este faz a descarga (09) de material em container apropriado, caminhão, fornalha ou outro, esvaziando o compartimento da máquina e liberando o sistema para um novo ciclo (10).
