Abstract
NOVOS FURILTIOALCANAIS ÚTEIS NA INDÚSTRIA DE FLAVORIZANTES. A invenção se relaciona com novos derivados do 2-metil-3-furantiol, que são úteis como ingredientes flavorizantes para conferir gosto suculento e de sensação de carne e uma grande variedade de produtos comestíveis para consumidor, gomas de mascar e produtos de cuidados orais, sem conferir a estes notas destoantes indesejáveis, típicas dos derivados do furantiol anteriormente conhecidos.
