Abstract

MáQUINA DE IMPRESSãO FLEXOGRáFICA. Máquina de impressão flexográfica consistindo de uma ou mais estações de impressão (100) situadas em série, cada estação de impressão (100) compreendendo uma armação sobre a qual pelo menos um cilindro retentor de clichê (102) é montado, apropriado para aplicar tinta, tomada de um tanque (104) por meio de pelo menos um cilindro de entintamento (106) em contato com o retentor de clichê (102) e girando em uma direção oposta com respeito a este, sobre uma tira contínua (108) de materiais a serem impressos. A tira (108) é movida e mantida em contato com o cilindro retentor de clichê (102) por meio de pelo menos um tambor contrário (110) que gira in uma direção oposta com respeito ao cilindro retentor de clichê (102). Em correspondência com o tambor contrário (110) a jusante com respeito ao cilindro retentor de clichê (102), estão presentes um ou mais dispositivos (112) capazes de secagem, dessecação, polimerização e/ou aquecimento da tinta depositada sobre a tira (108) pelo cilindro retentor de clichê (102). O tambor contrário (110) pode ser condicionado em uma temperatura controlada para absorver o calor possivelmente emitido do dispositivo de secagem, dessecação, polimerização e/ou aquecimento dispositivos (112) da tinta.
