Abstract
FIBRAS DE POLÍMERO CARREGADAS DE PARTICULADO E MÉTODOS DE EXTRUSçO A presente invenção refere-se a fibras de polímero carregadas de particulado junto com métodos e sistemas para extrusão de fibras poliméricas. As fibras de polímeros carregadas de particulado têm um corpo de fibra que inclui um ligante polimérico com uma pluralidade de partículas distribuídas dentro do ligante polimérico. Algumas das partículas são completamente encapsuladas no interior do ligante polimérico e outras podem ser incorporadas de modo que elas são parcialmente expostas na superfície externa do corpo da fibra. Os polímeros usados nas fibras podem ser de alto peso molecular e as partículas encapsuladas podem ser de preferência distribuídas na direção das superfícies externas das fibras.
