Abstract
MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR UM ALVO EM UMA AMOSTRA SUSPEITA DE CONTER O ALVO, E, USO DE UM MAGNETO. O pedido se relaciona a um método para detectar um alvo em uma amostra suspeita de conter o alvo. O método compreende contatar a amostra e uma primeira molécula de ligação presa a uma partícula magnética com uma segunda molécula de ligação presa a um suporte sólido. A primeira molécula de ligação é capaz de se ligara a segunda molécula de ligação, e o alvo é capaz de interferir com este ligação. Força magnética é aplicada para trazer a partícula magnética nas proximidades do suporte sólido. O número de partículas magnéticas ligadas ao suporte sólido é detectado.
