Abstract
resumo método de amostragem e dispositivo sensor a invenção propõe um dispositivo sensor e um método de amostragem. o método compreende as etapas de: a. adicionar uma amostra a uma câmara em que existam partículas magnéticas, a amostra incluindo um componente desejado e a câmara tendo uma superfície de detecção; b. exercer uma força magnética sobre as partículas magnéticas para atrair as partículas magnéticas para a superfície de detecção, em que as partículas magnéticas ligadas que capturam o componente desejado nas partículas magnéticas são retidas na superfície de detecção, e partículas magnéticas não ligadas que não capturam componente desejado nas partículas magnéticas são também retidas na superfície de detecção; c. alterar a força magnética exercida sobre as partículas magnéticas e liberar as partículas magnéticas não ligadas da superfície de detecção; d. medir a quantidade das partículas magnéticas ligadas que são retidas na superfície de detecção; e. determinar se a quantidade das partículas magnéticas ligadas que são retidas na superfície de detecção está acima de um limite predeterminado; se não, realizar as seguintes etapas de: exercer a força magnética sobre as partículas magnéticas para atrair as partículas magnéticas para a superfície de detecção; drenar pelo menos parte da amostra para fora da câmara e adicionar uma nova amostra à câmara; alterar a força magnética exercida sobre as partículas magnéticas para liberar as partículas magnéticas não ligadas da superfície de detecção; e retornar para realizar as etapas b a e. 1/1
