Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA SE OBTER SIMULTANEAMENTE A DETECçãO DE NAVIO E A CARTOGRAFIA RADAR DE CAMADAS DE POLUIçõES POR MEIO DE UM RADAR DE AERO-SUSTENTADO ROTATIVO. A presente invenção se refere ao domínio da fiscalização marítima e da detecção de camadas derivantes de produtos poluentes. O processo, de acordo com a invenção, explora um radar com impulsos, com antena rotativa, para permitir utilizar dois modos de tratamento distintos: - um modo de funcionamento clássico, no qual o radar efetua a detecção, a localização e a análise da trajetória dos objetos (11) situados da região do espaço varrida, - um modo de funcionamento de tipo cartográfico, no qual o radar realiza a cartografia de duas faixas da superfície (12), estendendo-se lateralmente em relação à direção de progressão da aeronave, elaborando a imagem de alta resolução das zonas varridas, os dois modos de funcionamento sendo utilizados para setores angulares diferentes a cada rotação de antena. A invenção se aplica, em particular, ao sistema radar equipamento das aeronaves encarregadas de missões de patrulha marítima e costeira.
