Abstract

ELEMENTO DE SINTONIA E RESSONADOR SINTONIZÁVEL. Elemento de sintonia baseado em piezeletricidade e um ressonador dotado deste membro. O elemento básico piezelétrico inclui pelo menos uma camada piezelétrica (341, 342) e uma camada metálica (343). Este elemento básico é primeiramente revestido com uma fina camada isolante (346) e então, com um bom condutor (347) . A espessura do revestimento condutor é maior que a profundidade de pele de um campo que corresponde à freqüência de operação da estrutura no condutor. O elemento de sintonia (340) assim formado é fixado, por exemplo, em alguma superfície interna da cavidade do ressonador para mudar a freqüência natural do ressonador por controle elétrico. Ao usar o elemento de sintonia, não são necessários arranjos mecânicos para a movimentação do elemento de sintonia. Além disso, o elemento de sintonia não causa perdas dielétricas consideráveis nem intermodulação quando estiver em um campo eletromagnético de radiofreqüência, porque o campo não pode penetrar de maneira significativa no revestimento condutor no interior do material piezelétrico.
