Abstract
ANEL EXTERNO DE ROLAMENTO PARA UMA RODA DE UM VEÍCULO, ROLAMENTO DE RODA, RODA DE VEÍCULO E PROCESSO DE FORJAMENTO DE UM ANEL EXTERNO DE ROLAMENTO. Anel externo (12) de rolamento para uma roda de um veículo que comporta uma extensão radial (24) dotado de meios de fixação (25) do anel (12) a uma roda e um fuste (26) que define um eixo de rotação (35) da roda, que comporta uma parede radialmente externa (33) e uma parede radialmente interna (27) dotada de uma primeira pista de rolamento (28) e de uma segunda pista de rolamento (30) axialmente mais afastada da extensão radial 24 que a primeira pista de rolamento. A parede externa (33) do fuste possui um diâmetro que, medido em um plano de seção radial, varia em função da posição axial do plano de seção radial, segundo uma função que passa por um mínimo em um plano de seção radial situado axialmente entre a segunda pista de rolamento (30) e a extensão radial (24). O anel é obtido por um processo de forjamento que comporta uma etapa de alargamento da extremidade livre do fuste por punção de forjamento.
