Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "mancal axial hidrodinâmico". a presente invenção refere-se a um mancal axial hidrodinâmico para a montagem de um eixo (40), giravelmente montado em um alojamento de mancal (20), abrangendo um batente axial (21) do alojamento do mancal, bem como um pente de mancal (10) girável juntamente com o eixo. entre o batente axial (21) e o pente do mancal (10) está conformada uma fenda lubrificante (52) por meio de uma face circular anelar perfilada (31) e uma face deslizante (11), sendo esta fenda sujeita a óleo lubrificante. a face anelar circular (31) perfilada e a face deslizante (11) são de tal modo conformadas que a fenda lubrificante (52) se estreita em sentido radial para o exterior em direção axial. desta maneira, torna-se possível compensar no pente do mancal deformações de temperatura durante a operação bem como deformações resultantes de forças centrífugas, de empuxe e outras forças.
