Abstract
SISTEMA DE CONEXãO DE CARTUCHO DE BATERIA, MóDULO DE BATERIA E SISTEMA DE TAL BATERIA. Neste documento é revelado um sistema de conexão de cartucho de bateria para módulos de bateria, compreendendo: barras de distribuição, cada uma das quais inclui um corpo da barra em formato de chapa, partes de acoplamento, e partes de conexão elétrica; uma placa de base, junto a qual as barras de distribuição são facilmente montadas; e uma placa de circuito impresso (PCB), a qual é facilmente acoplada com as barras de distribuição e é montada junto à placa de base em uma estrutura compacta. A presente invenção também proporciona um módulo de bateria e um sistema de bateria de tamanho médio ou de tamanho grande incluindo o sistema de conexão de cartucho de bateria. De acordo com a presente invenção, o sistema de conexão de cartucho de bateria facilmente realiza a conexão elétrica e o acoplamento mecânico no módulo de bateria ou sistema de bateria estruturado de forma compacta. Em adição, o sistema de conexão de cartucho de bateria possui excelentes características elétricas, tal como resistência elétrica nas partes conectadas, após a conexão elétrica ser completada, e excelente resistência mecânica aos impactos ou vibrações externas após o acoplamento mecânico ser completado. Adicionalmente, o sistema de conexão de cartucho de bateria impede o risco de um engenheiro ou de um usuário ser exposto aos curtos-circuitos elétricos quando o módulo de bateria ou o sistema de bateria é fabricado, ou quando o módulo de bateria ou sistema de bateria é reparado.
