Abstract

SISTEMA DE MANUTENçãO DE TAMBOR PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAçãO DE IMAGEM, E MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA MANTER UM DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAçãO DE IMAGEM. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método de manutenção para manter um membro de formação de imagem de um dispositivo de formação de imagem, que inclui um dispositivo de pré-limpeza para limpar o membro de formação de imagem; um aplicador para aplicar o agente de desprendimento ao membro de formação de imagem; um dispositivo de medição para medir o agente de desprendimento no membro de formação de imagem; um reservatório para remotamente armazenar o agente de desprendimento; e uma bomba para suprir o aplicador com o agente de desprendimento proveniente do reservatório. O nível de saturação do aplicador é monitorado e mantido dentro de uma faixa predeterminada. O aplicador, o dispositivo de pré-limpeza e o dispositivo de medição podem ser independentemente acionados para engatarem o membro de formação de imagem. O agente de desprendimento coletado pelo dispositivo de pré-limpeza e/ou dispositivo de medição pode ser reciclado. Os detritos coletados pelo dispositivo de pré-limpeza e/ou dispositivo de medição podem ser armazenados e/ou removidos.
