Abstract

MéTODO PARA ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS EDITORIAIS EM FILME PLáSTICO, E, EMBALAGEM PARA UM PRODUTO EDITORIAL é discrito um método para acondicionar produtos editoriais (11) em filme plástico compreendendo as fases de desenrolar um filme plástico (12) de um carretel (13) e alimentá-lo em uma direção longitudinal (F), aplicar etiquetas auto-adesivas pré-impressas (16) no filme (12) transversalmente em relação à direção longitudinal (F) e distanciadas umas das outras em um comprimento pré-estabelecido maior que o comprimento dos produtos editoriais (11), posicionar os produtos editoriais (11) no filme (12) no espaço entre duas etiquetas subseqüentes (16), dobrar o filme plástico (12) sobre os produtos editoriais (11), soldar o filme plástico (12) longitudinalmente e transversalmente com uma primeira linha de solda transversal (22) para formar duas áreas de contenção (100a, 100b) da etiqueta (16) e produto editorial (11), respectivamente, e também com uma segunda linha de solda transversal (23) formando uma cabeça de uma embalagem acabada (100, 100') separadas por meio da segunda solda transversal.
