Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE 4,4'-DIISOCIANATO DE DIFENIL-METANO". A presente invenção refere-se ao 4,4'-diisocianato de difenilmetano produzido em duas fábricas diferentes, (a) reagindo anilina e formadeído na presença de um catalisador ácido, para produzir uma mistura de diaminas e poliaminas da série difenilmetano, em uma primeira fábrica, (b) estas diaminas e poliaminas são então reagidas com fosgênio, para dar os diisocianatos e poliisocianatos correspondentes da sériedifenil-metano, que podem ser opcionalmente separados por destilação, para dar uma mistura de diisocianatos e poliisocianatos, contendo 50 a 80% em peso de 4,4'-diisocianato de difenil-metano, 1 a 12% em peso de 2,4'-e/ou 2,2'-diisocianato de difenil-metano, juntos, e 10 a 45% em peso de poliisocianatos trifuncionais e com funcionalidade mais alta, baseado no peso da mistura de diisocianatos e poliisocianatos, (c) transferindo a mistura de diisocianatos e poliisicianatos para contêineres de transporte e transportando estes contêineres que contêm isocianatos para uma segunda fábrica distante da primeira, e (d) separando a mistura de diisocianatos e poliisocianatos por destilação e/ou cristalização, para dar um 4,4'-diisocianato de difenil-metano puro, contendo pelo menos 97% em peso de 4,4'-diisocianato de difenil-metano, e um máximo de 3% em peso de 2,4'-diisocianato de difenil-metano.
