Abstract

"MéTODO PARA COZINHAR CARNE USANDO VAPOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para cozinhar carne usando-se vapor em um forno doméstico automatizado que compreende uma etapa para dourar, onde a cavidade para cozimento é aquecida em uma primeira temperatura, suficiente para dourar a carne e uma etapa de cozimento onde a cavidade para cozimento é aquecida em uma segunda temperatura, suficiente para cozinhar a carne. Vapor é introduzido na cavidade durante a etapa de cozimento, para facilitar o cozimento da carne.
