Abstract

MISTURAS DE GLICERìDEOS DE áCIDOS GRAXOS CONTENDO DE 1 A 22 áTOMOS DE CARBONO, PARA MELHORAR O DESEMPENHO ZOOTéCNICO E/OU A SAúDE DO TRATO INTESTINAL DE ANIMAlS. A presente invenção se refere à produção e/ou uso de misturas de monoglicerídeos, diglicerídeos e triglicerídeos de ácidos graxos, contendo 1 a 22 átomos de carbono, para administração em animais domésticos de granja e animais de estimação, a fim de melhorar o desempenho e a saúde do trato intestinal de tais animais. Os glicerídeos são produzidos através da reação de glicerol com misturas de ácidos graxos, de 1 a 22 átomos de carbono, ou através da reação de glicerol com ácidos graxos, de 1 a 22 átomos de carbono e/ou óleos vegetais e/ou gorduras animais. Em uma modalidade da invenção, é proporcionado um mínimo de 5% e um máximo de 100% de ácido butirico.
