Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO ISENTA DE CROMO PARA TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIE METÁLICA E CHAPA METÁLICA COM SUPERFÍCIE TRATADA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição isenta de cromo para tratamento de superfície metálica e uma chapa metálica tratada na superfície que pode fornecer excelentes características de alta condutividade, resistência à corrosão, resistência alcalina, e resistência à alta temperatura e à umidade. A composição inclui resina aglutinante à base de vinila, resina aglutinante à base de acrila, e um solvente. Na resina aglutinante à base de vinila, um material inorgânico resistente à corrosão é combinado, e a quantidade de resina aglutinante à base de vinila está em uma faixa de 10% em peso até 70% em peso em relação ao teor total de sólidos. Na resina aglutinante à base de acrila, um material inorgânico resistente à corrosão é combinado, e a quantidade de resina aglutinante à base de acrila está em uma faixa de 15% em peso a 75% em peso em relação ao teor total de sólidos. A quantidade de material inorgânico resistente à corrosão está em uma faixa de 3% em peso até 25% em peso em relação ao teor total de sólidos.
