Abstract

MéTODO DE INSERçãO DE UMA BOBINA ONDULADA EM UM ESTATOR DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA GIRATóRIA POLIFáSICA, E, ESTATOR DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA GIRATóRIA POLIFáSICA. A invenção se refere a um método de inserção de uma bobina ondulada em um estator de alternador, a bobina compreendendo vários fios (60), cada um deles destinado a formar em torno da face interna do pacote de chapas uma espiral que compreende várias espiras (73) que correspondem cada uma delas a uma volta da face interna, o método compreendendo uma conformação de cada fio (60), este fio (60) sendo conformado em uma sucessão de ameias (71) que compreendem dois ramos laterais (711) destinados a ser inseridos cada um deles em um entalhe (30); e uma inserção das espiras (73) de cada fio em uma série de entalhes (30) do estator, as espiras (73) dos diferentes fios (60) se sobrepondo radialmente em uma ordem predeterminada. De acordo com a invenção, os fios (60) são inseridos nos entalhes (30) ao mesmo tempo, as espiras (73) dos diferentes fios alternando na ordem predeterminada de sobreposição.
