Abstract
MéTODO DE INSERçãO DE UMA BOBINA ONDULADA EM UM ESTATOR DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA GIRATóRIA POLIFáSICA, E, ESTATOR DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA GIRATóRIA POLIFáSICA A invenção se refere a um método de inserção de uma bobina ondulada em um estator de alternador, que compreende as seguintes etapas: 1/ conformação de cada enrolamento (70), em uma sucessão de ameias (71) que compreendem dois ramos lateriais destinados a ser inseridos cada um deles em uma posição de recepção de um entalhe; 2/ colocação no lugar dos enrolamentos (70) em uma ferramenta de inserção (80); 3/ inserção das espiras (73) nos entalhes (30) do estator em ordem inversa à ordem de enrolamento; os enrolamentos (70) sendo enrolados em torno da ferramenta de inserção (80) ao mesmo tempo, as espiras (73) que se sucedem em uma ordem determinada de enrolamento pertencendo alternativamente aos diferentes enrolamentos (70).
