Abstract

CALIBRADOR PARA UM FREIO A DISCO. A presente invenção refere-se a um calibrador de freio de um freio de disco que compreende um alojamento com um orifício no qual um pistão é disposto de forma axialmente deslocável, um eixo para acionamento que é montado de forma girável e axialmente deslocável, dois elementos inclinados que são giráveis entre si, um dispositivo de reajuste com um fuso, e um mancal axial que é ativo entre o eixo e o fuso. O objetivo da invenção é o de apresentar um calibrador de freio genérico de um freio de disco, com os componentes apresentando uma construção para suportar a tensão, de modo que eles sejam expostos a uma baixa tensão uniforme sem picos de tensão prejudiciais. De acordo com a invenção, este objetivo é alcançado pelo fato de ser provida uma formação dentada em uma circunferência do fuso e de ser provido um meio de acomodação de ajuste de forma para a formação dentada, o meio de acomodação sendo conectado não-giratoriamente ao alojamento e protegendo o fuso contra torção. Em outra solução para o problema, uma disposição de calota é provida como um mancal axial, a qual compreende um invólucro de calota com uma superfície concavamente curva e um pivó de calota com uma superfície convexamente curva.
