Abstract
CONDUTO FLEXìVEL PARA O TRANSPORTE DE HIDROCARBONETOS. A invenção se refere a um conduto flexível para o transporte dos hidrocarbonetos que compreende do interior para o exterior, um conjunto estrutural cilíndrico (12, 14, 16) adaptado para resistir aos esforços radiais e pelo menos uma primeira manta de armaduras (20), a dita primeira manta de armaduras compreendendo uma pluralidade de fios de armadura (26), os ditos fios de armadura sendo constituídos por fios metálicos conformados e achatados, os ditos fios de armadura que apresentam uma largura 1 superior a uma espessura e sendo enrolados paralelamente em hélice com passo longo em torno do dito conjunto estrutural (12, 14, 16), os ditos fios (26) formando um ângulo inferior a 60° com as geratrizes (G) do dito conjunto estrutural; e, os ditos fios de armadura (26) apresentam uma relação, largura sobre espessura 1/e, superior a quatro.
