Abstract
"ENCADEAMENTO DE PROCESSOS DE HIDROCONVERSãO E DE REFORMA A VAPOR, VISANDO OTIMIZAR A PRODUçãO DE HIDROGêNIO SOBRE CAMPOS DE PRODUçãO" A Presente invenção refere-se a um preocesso de tratamento de uma carga hidrocarbonetos, compreendendo o encadeamento de um primeiro processo a montante de hidroconversão, compreendendo pelo menos uma câmara nacional, a ou as reações ocorrendo no interior dessas câmaras e colocando em jogo pelo menos uma fase sólida, pelo menos uma fase líquida e pelo menos uma fase gasosa, e um segundo processo a jusante de reforma a vapor, compreendendo pelo menos uma câmara reacional, caracterizado pelo fato de esse processo a montante ser aplicado em modo "siurry" e/ou em camada fervente, e pelo fato de esse precesso a jusante compreender uma primeira etapa de conversão pelo menos parcial dos hidrocarbonetos mais pesados do que o metano em metano, a dita etapa de pré-reforma e a ou as reações ocorrendo no interior dessas câmaras do processo e jusante permitido produzir um reagente, o hidrogênio, necessários às reações químicas do primeiro.
