Abstract

"PLUGUE, MéTODO PARA EXPANDIR O DIáMETRO INTERNO DE UM CANO OU TUBO METáLICO UTILIZANDO TAL PLUGUE, MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO CANO OU TUBO METáLICO, E CANO OU TUBO METáLICO". A presente invenção refere-se um plugue para expandir o diâmetro interno da porção de extremidade de um tubo metálico. A sua seção transversal é um círculo e inclui uma porção cónica e uma porção paralela conectada na extremidade de cauda da porção cónica. O diâmetro da porção cónica aumenta gradualmente da extremidade de cabeça da porção cónica para a extremidade de cauda da porção cónica onde o diâmetro é D1. A distância axial LR do ponto onde o diâmetro D2=D1x0,99 para a extremidade de cauda onde o diâmetro é D1 satisfaz a Expressão 22<243>LR((D1-D2)/2)<243>115. O ângulo de conicidade sobre a superfície onde o diâmetro é D2 é maior do que ou igual ao ângulo de conicidade sobre a superfície de cauda da porção cónica após o ponto onde o diâmetro é D2.
