Abstract
MEIO DE REDIFERENCIAçãO PARA FAZER COM QUE CONDRóCITOS DESDIFERENCIADOS SE REDIFERENCIEM EM CONDRóCITOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um meio de rediferenciação e um método de rediferenciação para fazer com que condrócitos desdiferenciados se rediferenciem em condrócitos originais, os condrócitos desdiferenciados possuindo características de cartilagem atenuadas devido à desdiferenciação durante a cultura in vitro. Portanto, a invenção apresenta um meio de rediferenciação que é usado para rediferenciar os condrócitos desdiferendados em condrócitos originais e contém insulina e pelo menos um selecionado de BMP-2 e análogos dos mesmos. A invenção também apresenta um método para a rediferenciação de condrócitos desdiferenciados em condrócitos por cultivo dos condrócitos desdiferenciados usando o meio de rediferenciação. O meio de rediferenciação também contém, de preferência, T3.
