Abstract

NANOPARTìCULAS E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO. Refere-se a nanopartículas biodegradáveis à disposição, que asseguram um transporte uniforme e definível de substância ativa e indicar simultaneamente um processo adequado para a produção dessas nanopartículas, propõe-se, que as nanopartículas consistam essencialmente em um gel de gelatina aquoso, em que o diâmetro médio das nanopartículas importe no máximo em 350 nm, o índice de polidispersidade das nanopartículas seja inferior ou igual a 0,15 e onde se utilize como material de partida para o processo de produção, uma gelatina, cuja fração de gelatina com um peso molecular abaixo de 65 kDa, em relação a toda a gelatina, importe no máximo em 40% em peso.
