Abstract

ANEL CORTANTE METáLICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um anel cortante metálico (1) para uma conexão roscada utilizada para conectar de forma selada um tubo a uma peça de união, cujo anel cortante (1) possui uma seção de contraforte para o tuba (1a) e uma seção cortante (1b) contígua à seção de contraforte para o tubo (la) na direção axial, com a seção cortante (lb) possuindo um batente (4) que aponta radialmente para fora da parte mais externa do anel cortante (1) e possui uma face de batente (5), que se estende transversalmente em relação ao eixo longitudinal (X-X) do anel cortante, dirigido para a peça de união (3). Para se obter uma maior facilidade de montagem e, portanto, reduzir a complexidade do método de produção da junta roscada, e ao mesmo tempo fornecer um alto grau de vedação, propõe-se que o batente (4) para a peça de união (3) possua uma borda de batente (9) anular periférica que se projete além da face de batente (5).
