Abstract

MéTODO DE POSICIONAR UM DISPOSITIVO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE AMOSTRA DENTRO DE UM LEITOR DE MICROPLACA E KIT DE PROCESSAMENTO DE AMOSTRA São descritos aparelhos e métodos para posicionar as câmaras de processamento dispositivos de processamento de amostras microfluidas no próprio piano focal de um leitor de microplaca. Os aparelhos e métodos podem ser adaptáveis para posicionar os dispositivos de processamento de amostra a alturas diferentes como pode ser necessário para processamento em leitores de microplaca diferentes. Um dispositivo de posicionamento é usado em associação com o dispositivo de processamento de amostra para localizar as câmaras de processamento dentro do plano focal do leitor de microplaca.
