Abstract

SISTEMA DE AVANçO DE AFIAçãO TENDO CONTROLE INTEGRAL DA FORçA, TAXA E POSIçãO DE AVANçO, E PROCESSO OPERACIONAL DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de avanço (30) para uma máquina de afiação (10) proporciona uma capacidade de corrigir automaticamente, em tempo real, erros nos tamanhos do furo inferidos, oriundos das variações na força de avanço, e a um processo de operação do mesmo. O sistema (10) propicia a um usuário selecionar entre os modos de afiação controlados por taxa e força, que proporciona uma ou mais das vantagens de ambos os modos. O sistema proporciona capacidades para uma rápida detecção de parede de furo automática, uma compensação para a elasticidade dos elementos do sistema de avanço (30) ferramenta de afiação (14), e uma proteção automática da ferramenta, O sistema é automaticamente operável por uso de uma força de avanço, taxa de avanço e informações de posição para afiação de uma peça de trabalho (20), a um ou mais dos parâmetros alvo, tais como um ou mais de tamanhos em processamento e um tamanho final.
