MéTODOS PARA DETECTAR A PRESENçA DE E. COLI PATOGêNICA EM UMA AMOSTRA, POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, KITS PARA A DETECçãO DE E. COLI PATOGêNICA, COMPOSIçãO DE REPLICAçãO E TABLETE A presente invenção se refere a seqüências de oligonucleotídeos e a métodos para a detecção específica e a diferenciação de E. coli patogênicas em uma amostra complexa. A amostra complexa pode ser uma amostra alimentar, uma amostra hídrica ou uma matriz de um alimento seletivamente enriquecido. Os métodos de detecção podem empregar a amplificação por PCR, com ou sem um controle positivo interno, e um par de primers apropriados. Reagentes para a execução dos métodos podem ser fornecidos na forma de um kit e/ou na forma de um tablete.
