Abstract
MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PURIFICAçãO DE UMA SOLUçAO AQUOSA A PARTIR DE GOTìCULAS DE UMA SOLUçãO DE EXTRAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo, através dos quais a solução aquosa proveniente da extração tipo líquido-líquido na recuperação hidrometalúrgica de metais é purificada, a partir de gotículas de uma solução orgânica de extração. A solução aquosa é tratada em um tanque de decantação, onde a mesma é obrigada a circular através de uma área de canal de circulação com uma reduzida seção transversal, que se estende por sobre a largura do tanque em pelo menos um ponto. Os canais de circulação são localizados na seção inferior do dispositivo coalescedor de gotículas, de acordo com a invenção, com a seção superior do dispositivo sendo principalmente sólida.
