Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A RECICLAGEM DE PARTES DE METAL LEVE. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a reciclagem de partes de metal leve que apresentam inclusões de gases e partículas não metálicas. A fim de transformar diversos produtos de refugos em produtos de alto valor com tecnologia de processo de forma simples, sem que seja necessária uma limpeza dos materiais empregados, de acordo com a invenção é sugerido que, a partir de, pelo menos, uma parte de metal leve que apresenta inclusões de gases e de, pelo menos, uma parte de metal leve que apresenta partículas não metálicas, em essência, densas seja produzida uma fusão de metal que contém gás, e a fusão de metal sob vácuo, pelo menos parcial, seja posta para solidificar, mediante a formação de um corpo de espuma de metal leve.
