Abstract

Предложена система повторного использования металла и способ повторного использования металла из материала металлолома. Система имеет печь (12) и контроллер (106) для регулирования работы системы. Контроллер (106) управляет работой системы повторного использования металла в первом режиме работы, в котором печь (12) работает при первой температуре в пределах от 350 до 550°С, для выжигания загрязняющих примесей и выведения летучих органических соединений (VOC) из материала металлолома без плавления металла. Контроллер (106) управляет работой системы повторного использования металла в последующем режиме работы, в котором печь (12) работает при другой, более высокой температуре для плавления металла в указанном металлоломе с целью повторного его использования.
