Abstract
FOSFATOS DE CáLCIO DE HIDROXIAPATITA, SEU MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO E SUAS APLICAçõES. A presente invenção refere-se a fosfatos de cálcio na forma granular, tendo um padrão de difração de raios X característico de hidroxiapatita, no qual uma parte dos ânions da treliça cristalina é substituída por ânions carbonato, e que têm boas propriedades de compressibilidade e fluxo em aplicações de compressão direta. A invenção refere-se também aos métodos para preparar os grânulos de fosfato de cálcio supramencionados, distinguido pelo fato de que os métodos incluem o processamento de uma solução de fosfato dicálcico brushítico que tem uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula especificada, usando uma solução de um carbonato de metal alcalinoterroso por um período de tempo suficiente para permitir a transformação do fosfato de cálcio brushítico em fosfato de cálcio hidroxiapatítico.
