Abstract
APARELHO DE BOMBA SUBMERSìVEL COM MOVIMENTO DE VAIVéM CONTROLADO NUMéRICAMENTE A invenção refere-se a um novo tipo de aparelho de bomba para poços profundos, especialmente, um aparelho de bomba submersível com movimento de vaivém controlado numericamente que tem um acionamento integrado com uma bomba que ajusta livremente parâmetros on-line em qualquer momento. Todo o aparelho, que inclui um tubo de peneira equilibrador, um acionamento e uma bomba, é submergido em reservatórios de óleo subterrâneos. O acionamento consiste em um estator com uma cavidade hermética e uma cabeça com movimento de vaivém com núcleos de ferro no interior do estator. O estator e a cabeça com movimento de vaivém formam um par de atrito por meio das guias de sustentação e dos núcleos de ferro da cabeça com movimento de vaivém. A extremidade superior do estator é ligada à extremidade inferior da bomba através do tubo de peneira. Um tubo de óleo é ligado à bomba. A extremidade inferior do estator é ligada ao tubo de peneira equilibrador, ao tampão de extremidade e ao acoplador de extremidade de maneira serial. A invenção é uma combinação do acionamento e da bomba, ajustando os parâmetros o balancim de bomba embutida e as hastes, reduzindo o tempo e o custo de instalação, economizando grande investimento e energia e evitando muitas desvantagens do aparelho de extração de óleo tradicional.
