Abstract

本发明提供一种数控往复式潜油电泵,它解决现有的采油机械存在抽油机体积大、成本高,无效功耗大等问题,它包括平衡筛管、动力装置和抽油泵,动力装置设置有定子和动子,定子上端联接在抽油泵泵壳的下端,定子下端联接平衡筛管,定子外壳内固定组装环形铁芯,在环形铁芯内设置环形绕组,其特征是在环形绕组内环面上设置密封衬套,并均匀设置合金支撑导套;动子的芯轴上组装有环型铁芯,铁芯间夹装永磁铁;动子铁芯的上表面设置有耐磨、耐蚀合金层,与定子的合金支撑导套构成摩擦副。优点是动力装置与抽油泵结为一体,并能在线随意调整参数,在供液不足时也能连续工作。省去井上抽油机和抽油杆,节省大量投资,减少了作业时间和成本,能耗低。

Description

数控往复式潜油电泵
技术领域
本发明属于一种采油机械中的新型深井抽油泵,特别是一种将动力装置和抽油泵结为一体,并能在线随意调整参数的采油设备。
背景技术
目前国内外采油机械一般由抽油机、抽油杆和抽油泵组成,其中的抽油机是采油机械的动力装置,它通过抽油杆与千米以上的抽油泵柱塞连接,靠它带动柱塞的上下往复运动将地下油液汲到地上。现有的采油机械存在如下缺陷:1、抽油机的体积大、成本高。2、无效功耗大:抽油机的主要功率大部分消耗在千米以上抽油杆的反复提升上,直接用于提取油液的功耗是很小的。3、抽油杆在往复运动中很难始终保持与油管轴心平行,经常有因偏帮、偏磨而拉断,甚至将泵筒磨漏的情况发生。4、为提高超长抽油杆的强度,只有加大截面,而这将进一步增加自重,因而目前的深度只能以2400米为限。5、这种采油机构,特别是超长抽油杆,不仅增加投资,也增加了作业时间和成本,特别是每千米抽油杆延伸约0.6米,减小冲程影响泵效。6、由于一般抽油泵采油时,油液中的沉沙只能在柱塞上端堆积,抽油泵的柱塞上冲运动时容易造成卡泵。7、遇有贫油井,抽油泵的柱塞空载运行,发生塞筒干磨,不仅空耗能源,而且容易造成塞筒干磨退火软化的情况发生。8、井液中一般都含有天然气,当它们在球阀下聚集成一定厚度时,在柱塞往复运动中,回落靠自重,由于这些气体被压缩所产生的压力致使柱塞回落不到位,造成“气锁”影响正常采油,严重时必须采取排气措施。9、特别对于后期供液不足的低产井,抽油机只能施行间抽(因为抽油机参数可调范围有限),而停井后再启动时又很困难,有的甚至根本不能启动,必须重新作业。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种数控往复式潜油电泵,动力装置和抽油泵结为一体,能实现在线随意调整参数,省去井上抽油机和抽油杆,减少安装作业时间和成本,节省大量投资,克服上述采油机械诸多弊端,并且能耗低。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括平衡筛管、动力装置和抽油泵,动力装置设置有定子和动子,定子上端通过联接件联接在抽油泵泵壳的下端,定子下端通过联接件联接平衡筛管,定子外壳内固定组装环形铁芯,在环形铁芯内设置环形绕组,其特征是:在环形绕组内环面上设置密封衬套,并均匀设置合金支撑导套;动子设置芯轴,芯轴上组装有环型铁芯,铁芯间夹装永磁铁;动子铁芯的上表面设置有耐磨、耐蚀合金层,与定子的合金支撑导套构成摩擦副。
上述抽油泵的泵壳内装有泵筒,泵壳与泵筒之间形成沉沙环形空间,在泵筒内设有柱塞,在泵筒的上端设置固定凡尔。
上述定子铁芯上的绕组为多道,呈轴向分布、径向缠绕。
上述动子铁芯的上表面设置有耐磨、耐蚀合金层,与定子的合金支撑导套构成摩擦副。
本实用新型的优点是:1、动力装置与抽油泵结为一体,并能实现在线随意调整参数,在供液不足时也能连续工作。2、省去井上抽油机和抽油杆,节省大量投资,减少了安装作业时间,降低了成本。3、克服上述采油机械诸多弊端。4、动力装置的定子上采用支撑导套,动子表面有耐磨、耐蚀合金层,以保护铁芯,并使其形成具有高耐磨、耐蚀性的导柱,定子上的支撑导套与动子导柱构成摩擦副,从而大幅度提高了电机的使用寿命。5、与同等产液量抽油机相比,耗电量减少50%。

具体实施方式
具体结构如下:动力装置设置有定子和动子,见图1、2,定子外壳9上端通过连接件6和接管联接进油筛管11,定子外壳9下端通过联接件6联接平衡筛管3,平衡筛管3的下端连接尾管接头1和尾堵2。定子外壳9内固定组装环形铁芯7,在环形铁芯7内设置多道环形绕组8,绕组8呈轴向分布、径向缠绕,并均匀设置合金支撑导套25和端盖10;在定子的内环面设置密封衬套26,密封衬套26连接在端盖10上,定子的密封腔内充入绝缘油。见图1、3,动子设置有芯轴19,芯轴19上组装有环型铁芯4,铁芯4间夹装永磁铁5,使之产生磁极,磁极的宽度与定子的磁极宽度相等。动子铁芯4的表面设置有耐磨、耐蚀合金层27。定子的合金支撑导套25和动子铁芯表面的合金层27构成摩擦副。动力装置的出口线通过电缆连接地面上的数控装置。
见图1、4,抽油泵是在原有抽油泵结构基础上设计的,其结构是:在泵壳14内通过接头12、定位套16固定连接泵筒13,在泵壳14与泵筒13之间形成沉沙环形空间15。泵壳14上端通过螺纹接箍17连接出油管18,泵壳14下端通过接头12连接进油筛管11。组装在泵筒13内的柱塞总成21连接在推杆22的上端,推杆22通过推杆接头23连接动子芯轴19的上端,柱塞总成21由游动阀座和游动阀构成。在柱塞总成21的上方,即在泵筒13的上端通过定位套16连接由固定球座、固定球和固定凡尔罩构成的固定凡尔20。
使用安装时,将本实用新型的定子线圈绕组外接地面上的数控装置即可。工作时,根据产液量要求,通过地面上的数控装置设定参数按给定程序供电,使定子产生运动磁场,定子磁场和动子磁场产生电磁驱动力,驱使动子上下运动,而动子又与柱塞对接,从而实现柱塞按给定的速度和冲程进行往复运动。抽油泵通过进油筛管吸汲原油,经柱塞往复运动,源源不断通过油管举升到地面。

Claims (3)

1、一种数控往复式潜油电泵,它包括平衡筛管、动力装置和抽油泵,动力装置设置有定子和动子,定子上端通过联接件联接在抽油泵泵壳的下端,定子下端通过联接件联接平衡筛管,定子外壳内固定组装环形铁芯,在环形铁芯内设置环形绕组,其特征是:在环形绕组内环面上设置密封衬套,并均匀设置合金支撑导套;动子设置芯轴,芯轴上组装有环型铁芯,铁芯间夹装永磁铁;动子铁芯的上表面设置有耐磨、耐蚀合金层,与定子的合金支撑导套构成摩擦副。
2、根据权利要求1所述的数控往复式潜油电泵,其特征是:抽油泵的泵壳内装有泵筒,泵壳与泵筒之间形成沉沙环形空间,在泵筒内设有柱塞,在泵筒的上端设置固定凡尔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的数控往复式潜油电泵,其特征是:定子铁芯上的绕组为多道,呈轴向分布、径向缠绕。
