一种过盈轴孔装配装置，包括支撑平台，在支撑平台上固定有多根导杆，导杆上端固定有上顶架，在导杆上安装有滑架，滑架与顶架之间设有液压千斤顶，液压千斤顶可驱动滑架移动到贴紧在支撑台平面上。使用时，可以将管套放置到支撑平台上，而后将轴插入到管套内，启动液压千斤顶，利用液压千斤顶将轴插入到管套中，以实现将过盈轴和孔进行装配。

背景技术
过盈配合的轴和孔装配起来非常麻烦，一般需要使用铜棒将轴砸入到孔内，如果轴偏斜，则会导致孔内壁被轴划伤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种过盈轴孔装配装置，可以对过盈配合的轴和孔进行装配。
为了解决上述问题，本发明要解决的技术方案为：一种过盈轴孔装配装置，包括支撑平台，在支撑平台上固定有多根导杆，导杆上端固定有上顶架，在导杆上安装有滑架，滑架与顶架之间设有液压千斤顶，液压千斤顶可驱动滑架移动到贴紧在支撑台平面上。
本发明的技术效果为：使用时，可以将管套放置到支撑平台上，而后将轴插入到管套内，启动液压千斤顶，利用液压千斤顶将轴插入到管套中，以实现将过盈轴和孔进行装配。

如图1所示，一种过盈轴孔装配装置，包括支撑平台1，在支撑平台1上固定有多根导杆4，导杆4上端固定有上顶架3，在导杆4上安装有滑架2，滑架2与上顶架之间设有液压千斤顶5，液压千斤顶5可驱动滑架2移动到贴紧在支撑台1平面上。
使用时，可以将管套放置到支撑平台1上，而后将轴插入到管套内，启动液压千斤顶5，利用液压千斤顶5将轴插入到管套中，以实现将过盈轴和孔进行装配，防止轴偏斜。
