Abstract
RESUMO LENTES OFTáLMICAS CAPAZES DE REDUZIR ABERRAçãO CROMáTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de projetar uma lente oftálmica anesférica tanto com potências de refração como de difração, que seja capaz de reduzir a aberração cromática e pelo menos uma aberração monocromática de um olho: que compreende combinar as superfícies de refração e difração anesféricas, selecionar um modelo de olho apropriado, estabelecer uma lente configurada dotada de peio menos uma superfície anesférica com uma capacidade de reduzir a aberração monocromática no referido modelo de olho, estabelecer o elemento de lente de difração que corrige a aberração cromática do modelo de olho; e ajustar a configuração da superfície da lente de modo a obter uma qualidade de imagem policromática altamente adequada em uma forma que seja ponderada de modo a estar de acordo com a função de mérito espectral.
